Open to everyone! Bring your friends and family, no experience necessary. This may be their chance to get excited about Focusing!
Each time we will have a speaker presenting something of their work with Focusing, with time for discussion and for asking questions. There will also be a time of announcements, including asking for Focusing partners...
If we have enough people interested, a "new people's group" will convene to answer the questions of those encountering Focusing for the first time.
Contacful Focusing: Opening to Our Heart Connection
The way we inhabit our bodies has profound effects on our sense of self and our capacity to relate to the world. Focusing helps us experience our bodies as BEING and as a complex web of interactions that guide our sensing and living. Yet how do we fully contact our inner body and being? In this brief presentation we will take time to evoke the wonders of our heart and explore one motion of self-touch and one sound to reach and nurture our heart connection.
