Open to everyone! Bring your friends and family, no experience necessary. This may be their chance to get excited about Focusing!
We will have a guest speaker, followed by a group discussion. There will also be time of announcements, including forming new Changes groups and asking for Focusing partners...
If we have enough people interested, a "new people's group" will convene to answer the questions of those encountering Focusing for the first time.
