Come and gather in a circle to share the gift of Focusing. We will connect, have a cup of tea if we want to, and start with a group centering exercise. Then I will offer a guided focusing session to each participant, while others witness in supportive and silent listening. At the end of each session we take a pause to notice what we have learned about focusing from the session.
This is a great way to strengthen your Focusing practice in a relaxed manner. You can reconnect with the gift of Focusing by experiencing a guided session with me and by witnessing other people’s process as you lean back in silent presence. This could also be a good place to meet a Focusing partner.
FOR WHOM: Anyone who has taken a Level 1 Focusing workshop (or equivalent), and people at all levels of Focusing experience are welcome.
